Our products are explicitly designed for off-highway use and should be used for their intended purposes only. Carbon Tech Pro absolves itself of responsibility for buyer installation, modification, and any undue stress on the products. We limit our liability to the sale or exchange of the part, and no additional costs will be incurred by Carbon Tech Pro. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for assessing the suitability of our products and acknowledges that we are not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, incurred by the vehicles or occupants/passengers within the vehicles.
