Refund policy
Carbon Tech Pro has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:
- To initiate a return, the customer should contact Carbon Tech Pro via email within 30 days of order shipment. Please note that the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is not guaranteed.
- Returns must adhere to the following conditions: items should be unused/uninstalled, 100% complete with all parts in their original packaging, and in pristine condition. This includes intact boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if applicable).
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Ensure that a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number accompanies the merchandise.
- The RMA number should be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the box, adjacent to the shipping label. This step is crucial, as returns lacking an RMA number will be refused.
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling charges for all returned items.
- Shipping charges, non-refundable in all cases, will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- In the case of damaged shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage claim to the shipping company. Please notify Carbon Tech Pro of the situation by contacting us.
